To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds:

Damages and Issues
Upon delivery, carefully inspect your order. If you receive a damaged package or item, take a picture clearly showing the package and/or item condition and contact us. We’ll promptly assess the issue, liaise with the courier, and resolve the situation.
