Our Story

Established (Est.) was founded in Amsterdam by a group of friends – a mix of sommeliers, musicians and creatives – who share a passion for unforgettable nights and unforgettable hangover-free mornings.

For years, we grew frustrated at the lack of sophisticated, tasty and healthy alternatives to alcoholic beverages, particularly when we dined out or celebrated life’s special moments. We despaired when culinary experiences were not complimented, and often ruined, by imitation wines and sugary soft-drinks. With no satisfactory alternatives on the menu, we decided to concoct our own: a Sparkling Tea that has everything, but alcohol.
