“Est. Magnolia is a blend of two types of green tea, verveine and four other ingredients, including dried magnolia flowers. Beautiful orange-golden yellow in the glass, rich and floral in taste, with a dry finish that is somewhat reminiscent of fragrant black pepper. The tannins in the aftertaste are reminiscent of a dry poiré. A special and delicious glass.”

“Approaching Est. Magnolia with a sommelier’s mindset, I tasted it in various shaped glasses, both on its own and paired with small bites. Each setting revealed different facets of its character – sometimes more floral and delicate, other times highlighting its structure and intensity. This made me realise just how versatile this sparkling tea is, perfectly suited to any occasion, from a drinks reception to a full-on gastronomic experience.”

“Est. Honeybush brings a sophistication rarely found in non-alcoholic wines. This cold-brewed blend of honeybush and rooibos, infused with ginger, lavender, and pink pepper, reveals a refined, layered palate with both depth and elegance.
Its versatility shines alongside vibrantly spiced cuisine, luxuriously buttery fish, and roasted meats, fish, and seasonal vegetables. Est. Honeybush is not merely a pairing, but a distinctive expression of refinement.”
